مناوي : حكومة إقليم دارفور تستمد مشروعية تسيير عملها وإصدار قراراتها من إتفاقية جوبا

قال حاكم إقليم دارفور مني أركو مناوي، إن حكومة الإقليم، تستمد مشروعية تسيير عملها وإصدار قراراتها، من إتفاقية جوبا للسلام في السودان.
وأرجع مناوي استناد حكومته على إتفاقية جوبا، لعدم صدور وإجازة قانون الحكم الإقليمي، ووقال إن الإتفاقية، نصت بعض بنودها على إمكانية تشكيل السلطة الإقليمية في دارفور بشقيها التنفيذي والشريعي اذا تعذر عقد مؤتمر نظام الحكم والإدارة في السودان بعد مضى فترة ستة أشهر من التوقيع على اتفاقية جوبا للسلام الذي تم في مطلع شهر أكتوبر من العام 2020.
وتوقع مناوي، إجازة قانون الحكم الإقليمي، خلال الفترة القليلة القادمة.
مشيراً إلى أن القانون المرتقب، يستمد بنوده من اتفاقية جوبا للسلام.
وعزا مناوي عدم اجازة قانون الحكم الإقليمي إلى ظروف التحولات المستمرة في الأوضاع العامة بالبلاد والتي قال إنها فرضت على صناع القرار الاجتهاد في تسيير الأمور بدلاً من الركون الى البيروقراطية.
وذكر مناوي أنه برغم من ذلك فإن حكومة الإقليم وحكومات الولايات واجهزتها الأمنية والتنفيذية تواصل القيام بعملها إستناداً وعملا ببنود اتفاقية جوبا للسلام في أجواء يسودها التناغم والانسجام التامين ومن دون أية تقاطعات.
